TS annual report section partially complete

Basic info is now available on the TS annual report section.

Management Page for student “watch list”

Added management page for handling students whose SUT booking activities are being monitored due to some past event or inconsistency.

Payroll Process

Need to convert documents from manual process to part of Colt system:

Break down of Tutors, GSWS by hours and $ then total of final page of payroll system

Section under reports - maybe - for reconciliation of payroll from what we submit to what Lisa does on the mainframe.

Payroll tracking for trends for GSWS and tutors.

Identification on payroll of GSWS and WS after a tutors name for identification by Lisa

Shift 2s

Hey Marcus,

I just created slots for the 2009 RA Resource Fair and in the claim session area as well as the edit existing area the Shift 2s are showing up with default times of 6 pm and the allotted times are showing up pretty wonky too. Help?

Thanks!

Natasha

Authority Role Added for “Class Coordinator”

Added an additional role to allow the staff member who is coordinate Classes/Workshops to be able to see all prior classes.

Spiffy new TS poll ready

TS team members requested a new poll as they consider retiring their Blackboard site and migrating the info there to COLT.

The “quick poll’ code is done, and is ready to be tested by TS admin members before loosing it on the tutors.

This has ramifications for other kinds of “quick polls” that we want to offer. The COLT infrastructure is now in place.

Create times for evals

Corrected the error that was leaving the collection date & time blank on surveys/evals.

ODBC error on evals prompts

Corrected connection error that was generating an ODBC warning on some evaluations.

This warning did not impact survey collection, but prevented recording of a COLT log copy of the internet email generated for staff employee and their supervisor.

“Request” category for COLT blog

In anticipation of the Tuesday staff meeting demo - a new Request category (”Attention Needed”) to be added to COLT blog

Survey limits extended, Staff info added

Increased the upper limits for survey writing to allow up to 100 Likert-style responses and 15 “open text” comment fields.

Also updated the writing structure to tag individual surveys with more user friendly staff member info (Name, EID, etc.) in addition to existing COLT user ID.
