PAC appointments not showing?
Katy just claimed a student in COLT (the dummy student) and scheduled an appointment for Sept. 1 at 1:00 p.m., but it doesn’t show up under future sessions.

System now in place to notify students who are trying to claim their pwd and have an email that is being rejected.
They will need to contact the FD to update their record with a valid email address.
Received a student notification this even that the summary she was seeing belonged to another person who was in the main office at the same time.
For the sake of student privacy, I pulled all summaries that have been generated since semester start-up offline. The student gets a “We apologize, technical error” message.
Upon investigation, I found an error in the timestamping function used to generate the PDF file names. I corrected the error, and also added another tag that will allow me to fail the viewing request if the student is not looking at their own summary.
Stripped the slashes from special characters in message routed to CS listserve.

We have another request pertaining to FD payroll. We’d like the button that says “process” be changed to say “save changes” instead of “submit”. Also, on the next page that prompts you to actually “process” the payroll let’s add text that says “Would you like to process payroll now?”. This should help the payroll process be easy to understand for Katy.

DB and I have a few questions about the “change COLT access” screen under the front deks funtions page that pertains to appointing students as FD receptionists and PAC coaches. 1.) Does “term” mean appointment end date? If so, could we replace term with “appointment”? 2.) We’re unclear about “takes appointments” at the bottom of the page–is that for learning specialists and if so, could that option be put under the “LS” yes/no line?
Is it also possible to have that page be ordered “LS” then “PAC” then “FD”? We are trying to create a hierarchy and make this screen easy to follow for Katy, who will be in charge of appointing and filling in information for our student employees.
