PAC payroll (high)
KS entered PAC’ers from last night’s meeting into payroll– and it’s all showing up on 11/15’s payroll, not 10/31. LH’s walk-ins still aren’t showing up anywhere.

The sessions I’ve entered manually for LH’s walk-ins aren’t showing up on the “review payroll” screen for this pay period (10/31).
Also, there are two no-showed sessions (83964 and 87677) that are showing up in the *next* payroll period (11/15)– any reason they’re there, and not in 10/31?
The tracking of Clip #s in DIT has helped with student sign-outs quite a lot.
To improve things further, could you change the default sorting of students signed in to DIT to the Clip column? Our student assistants no longer need to ask for students’ last names as they leave, so there is no longer a need to sort by name.
Making the list default to a sorting by clip number would dramatically reduce extra clicks, and I would surmise it would decrease the processing strain on COLT (that is if the sorting is handled server-side).
Thanks,
Shane
Please add the following courses to the drop-down listing for student sign-in in DIT:
M 427K
CH 310M
CH 310N
GRE Math
M Other
CH Other
PHY Other
As always, please let me know if you need any clarification,
Shane
DB would like the following, re: PAC mid-semester surveys (4070):
1. Suppress the surveys from student review
2. Give an option for “reversing” the score
3. For yes/no items, have the system do a percentage of participants marking “yes” to each item (for the team as a whole and by individual coach)
4. Have the system do a group average for each item
5. Have the system do an individual mentor average for each item and print out the results with one coach per sheet.
DB would like to be able to print out pending private appointments by learning specialist.
She would also like the system to average appointment evaluations by learning specialist and for all LS’s combined.
The results of FD Evaluations (3521) are missing from DB’s annual report section.
DB would like a button to use when the scale was interpreted backwards by an evaluator for walk-in, private appointments, and FD evaluations.
DB would like the system to average walk-in appointment evaluations– both by individual LS and for all LS’s combined.
DB would like a length-of-walk-in feature, as well as the total time for all walk-ins in the year averaged for her annual report section.
