We’ve begun the big unveil and have been hit with a couple of issues:

1.  SI leaders want to know if there is any way to reenter the information if they made a mistake on a particular entry…so essentially a do-over option.

2.  One of my ECO 304K (33635, 33650) SI leaders, Juan Salem, came by my office this morning and said that he had entered his attendance last night, but that no record had been created when he went to review his attendance and nothing has shown up as of this morning.  I wonder if it’s happening to others, but I’ve had no reports yet, but that could be because none of the others are as conscientious as Juan.

Yesterday, when the history, government and economics supervisors logged into COLT to review their sections, they could access every section other than the ones they were supposed to access–so, the GOV super was able to access every discipline, but GOV… the same for the others.

Activated attendance review link on UTLC home page for CSI team members (Director -> SI Leader)

Input field was added for courses that are co-TA’d

SI / TTP section is underway. Coordinators can now add Course sections for SI & TTP.

Current / Future sections are also editable.

Authenticated users of the COLT  blog may now post to the blog for trouble reports / new development requests.

Staff meeting time was approved for 7/21 to present a demo of posting blog entries and an explanation of setting up RSS feed automatically appear in individual users’ Outlook email.

After Tuesday meeting with the CSI team - I added authority roles for SI / TTP to provide 3 layers of access:

TA’s

Supervisors

Program Coordinators

Completed “proof of concept” coding that allows TA’s to enter attendence on a weekly basis.

Added employee termination dates on COLT access page for all programs
