The results of FD Evaluations (3521) are missing from DB’s annual report section.

Hi M,

We like to do a quick analysis of how students heard about the UTLC (indicated on the gold intake sheets they fill out in the front office). Usually we have the FD staff comb through gold intake sheets once a year and type up the data in excel. Instead, can we build a function on the new visit page where the FD staff can click boxes for how the students heard about the UTLC? I’ve attached the choices below.

Adding this to the new visits page will allow our receptionists to enter the data as they serve students and will eliminate the icky project of sorting through a year’s worth of intake forms.

Correction made to printable student history to prevent RC’s & LS’s from printing their own activity rather than the student’s.

An intercept page has been added for LS’s. It will verify that there was no WI topic if none is entered during the visit.

Marcus, Marty asked the other day if it would be possible for a learning specialist to have some way to pull up the students that he or she has worked with, so I wanted to capture it in da blog…

In addition to the existing password claiming activity, now the students last logon date/time is now shown in green on the student record.

The credit detail for students has been separated by semester.

Default is current semester, but prior semesters are viewable with the navigation links at the bottom of the page.

Correct upper/lower case formatting on Payroll report that goes to Lisa from FD & CO

Removed query debug code from the student info page ( was displaying query info on slow writes).
