They will need to contact the FD to update their record with a valid email address.

Staff meeting time was approved for 7/21 to present a demo of posting blog entries and an explanation of setting up RSS feed automatically appear in individual users’ Outlook email.

RSS link for this blog now appears on the COLT homepage for users with LS authority.

Added authority role designation for Finance and Administration Director - COLT UTLC updates for FA were being routed to AC & MD.

Verified with LK that they are being routed correctly now.

Formatting inconsistencies of submitters’ names was corrected.
