The PAC waiting list needs to transfer/extend into spring; all students should transfer over.

Coaches have asked whether it would be possible to have learning specialists indicate on PAC readiness questionnaires the need level of the student (with 1 being high and 3 being low).

Could we replace either the meeting time or preference columns on this admin page (https://enroll.utlc.utexas.edu/mentor_admin_overview.php) with a column designating whether the student signed up from home or was referred at the UTLC and by whom (based on IP address)?

Issues are arising with some participants that coaches think might be related to at-home sign-up (as opposed to visiting a learning specialist). Are you able to give us a list (with names) now of the students who signed up for PAC from home– ideally just those who signed up from home AND have met with a coach? But if that’s too hard to do, just a list of everyone who signed up from home.

KS entered PAC’ers from last night’s meeting into payroll– and it’s all showing up on 11/15’s payroll, not 10/31. LH’s walk-ins still aren’t showing up anywhere.

The sessions I’ve entered manually for LH’s walk-ins aren’t showing up on the “review payroll” screen for this pay period (10/31).

Also, there are two no-showed sessions (83964 and 87677) that are showing up in the *next* payroll period (11/15)– any reason they’re there, and not in 10/31?

DB would like the following, re: PAC mid-semester surveys (4070):

1. Suppress the surveys from student review

2. Give an option for “reversing” the score

3. For yes/no items, have the system do a percentage of participants marking “yes” to each item (for the team as a whole and by individual coach)

4. Have the system do a group average for each item

5. Have the system do an individual mentor average for each item and print out the results with one coach per sheet.

For her annual report section, it would be helpful for DB to be able to see the number of no-shows, cancellations, and re-schedules for each learning specialist.

Can PAC admin get no-shows listed under “completed journal sessions” for each coach and his/her individual students?

Also, can coaches get an “are you sure?” button after they’ve clicked “no show,” as well as some sort of confirmation that their no-show went through when they do really want to declare no-shows?
