Added page into tutoring reports to view tutor contact info (phone, email)

Corrected returning tutor processing to only populate courses if the tutor answered affirmatively to returning. If they answered that they were not returning, all courses for the response semester are deleted.

This corrects tutor counts for future semesters

Constrained decimal places on billing report to 2 digits.

DB would like to be able to print out pending private appointments by learning specialist.

She would also like the system to average appointment evaluations by learning specialist and for all LS’s combined.

The results of FD Evaluations (3521) are missing from DB’s annual report section.

DB would like a length-of-walk-in feature, as well as the total time for all walk-ins in the year averaged for her annual report section.

Form to collect tutor return status for next semester is complete and live.

It collects the info, documents a personnel note and prepares courses for next semester.

We like to do a quick analysis of how students heard about the UTLC (indicated on the gold intake sheets they fill out in the front office). Usually we have the FD staff comb through gold intake sheets once a year and type up the data in excel. Instead, can we build a function on the new visit page where the FD staff can click boxes for how the students heard about the UTLC? I’ve attached the choices below.
