The library recently added a new research guide on intellectual property law to its Research Guides page. The guide not only outlines major resources in intellectual property law generally but also the subtopics of copyright, patent, and trademark law.
Within these different specialties, the guide highlights useful resources such as IP related organizations, treatises, law reviews, and blogs. The guide goes on to note major portions of primary law in the area of IP, across statutes, regulations, and case law.
