Joseph D. Jamail Papers at the Tarlton Law Library

The Tarlton Law Library is pleased to announce the acquisition of Joseph D. Jamail’s legal transcripts from the Pennzoil v. Texaco case. Mr. Jamail represented Pennzoil in its multi-billion dollar claim against Texaco for tortious interference with a contract. The company was awarded one of the largest jury verdicts in history, $10.53 billion, by a Harris County jury.
