The The Texas Transportation Commission recently approved updates to the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and the new edition became effective on Dec. 8, 2011. We have found that Kindles do allow the reading of PDFs in addition to Amazon.com’s proprietary .AZW format.
