UT’s Center for Transportation Research hosted its annual symposium on Wednesday, April 8, 2009. The theme of this year’s symposium was “Back to Basics.” CTR researchers addressed the future pavement and bridge needs in 2030, TxDOT revenue and expenditure trends, vehicle operating costs, stormwater quality improvements, and concrete durability.
