The Feminist Action Project is both a Gender and Sexuality Center initiative and new student organization dedicated to putting on a multi-state conference on feminist activism in spring of 2010. The conference, “Feminist Action Project: Examining Intersections, Building Alliances,” aims to look at the intersectionality within feminisms and communities in order to build bridges and empower both new and veteran activists.
