My name is Noorullah Elham, I am from Afghanistan and here in my country I have worked with a number of national and international organizations on various topics. We have recently completed a research project on Women’s Access to Higher Education in Afghanistan, this research was conducted with the financial support of USAID and in coordination with Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Women’s Affairs of Afghan government. My position in this project was Research Team Leader, with the role of going to the field, supervising and conducting the actual field work in the data collection phase.

I read about this conference happening next year, and am wondering to know how relevant my paper and topic above will be to this conference, how I can inform you of the challenges faced by Afghan women in seeking higher eduction. So can I send an abstract to participate in this important meeting?
