University of Texas at Austin alumni and dedicated UT Elementary School volunteers Jeanne and Mickey Klein were featured in an article in the Austin American Statesman on Sunday, Nov. 1.

Mickey Klein works with two UT Elementary Students on a beautiful day in East Austin.

The article focused on the Klein’s donation of “Stacked Waters,” a two-story art installation by Teresa Fernandez at the Blanton Museum of Art.

Jeanne Klein serves on the UT Elementary School’s advisory council, while her husband volunteers as a teacher’s aide. In fact, the Klein’s were highlighted in this year’s UT Elementary Annual Report.
