“Dollhouse Photography”

Sometimes our world is projected as much larger than it actually should be. A photographer by the name of Vincent Laforet brings us a new style of photography called Dollhouse Photography; this type of photography shows real pictures of towns and neighborhoods depicted as dollhouses. When looking at the following picture you can see how it is a direct representation of a large world in a smaller sense. I think that it is more of a commentary on the how we need to sometimes take things down in size and view things as though they didn’t mean as much. It’s pictures like this that help us look at our surroundings and relax a little bit knowing that things don’t always have to be so large.
