Hey Everyone,
This week we’re going to discuss a classical form of Skepticism! In this reading Sextus Empiricus outlines the method of a form of Skepticism he calls Pyrrhonism. After sketching his method, Empiricus goes on to attack the notion of a criterion for knowledge. This argument is very old and probably dates from the second or third century!
Read it and judge whether you think it is compelling!
Come to our meeting this Friday!
