Suicide Prevention Week
September 19, 2011
The Counseling and Mental Health Center is proud to announce the 2011 Suicide Prevention Week. This annual week is dedicated to raising awareness about suicide and suicidal behaviors among our students. It represents a call to action and involvement by all UT staff, faculty, and students to support suicide prevention. Interactive programming will be held throughout the week. Be that one who recognizes when your student or friend is thinking about suicide and learn how to help them.
All events are free and open to the public. Free t-shirts at all events (while they last!). For more information about the week’s events, go to www.cmhc.utexas.edu
