				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OCR Requirements (Dallas and Houston):</p>
<p>We made some changes to the requirements that we presented during Austin Intensives.  We received feedback that it is difficult for many of you to make all of the required dates so we consolidated the remaining sessions into one session and made it closer to the actual OCR Fall interviews.  The updated requirements include attendance at the below events.  The November 15 did not take place and the content will be rolled into the Spring Career Seminar.</p>
<p>Requirements<br />
1.	The Career Management portion of both your 1st and 2nd year Austin Intensives.  The 1st years AIs included Module 1.<br />
2.	The completion of a McCombs formatted resume<br />
3.	Module 2 (held October 21, 2012 – Dallas and November 1, 2012 – Houston) which was the alumni panel<br />
4.	The Spring Career Seminar<br />
•	 February 21, 2013 – Dallas<br />
•	 March 7, 2013 –  Houston<br />
5.	Employer mocks<br />
•	June 20, 2013 – Dallas and Houston </p>
